The ability to rent email lists has made renting bulk mailing lists a very feasible option. Previously when you were building an email list, the only real option you had to rent lists was purchasing them. There were a number of ways you could get these lists, and generally it just depended on your budget where you would rent the lists from.

This has all changed in 2021. If you are a top seller on eBay, for example, you can buy a list for next to nothing and put it on your own website. You can also rent email lists as long as you give them away free. In some cases, these may not be free. For example, some top sellers on eBay offer their own email marketing software that is included with the membership.

Another way to rent email list is to sign up to be a member at an autoresponder site. Autoresponders are software tools that send out automatic responses to leads that fill in a form. Usually an email will be sent out with information that the lead clicked on and filled out to subscribe to your list. These days most of the autoresponder software comes with a built in confirmation email, so all that is needed to rent email lists is a capture form that the customer fills out with their name and email addresses.

As far as I am concerned, this is the easiest way for someone who is just getting started online to start making money. At first, when you are just starting out, this can be a great way to build a list without too much investment. The downside is that the rate of success for a list that is just being rented is much lower than if you were to purchase a list outright. Also, a person cannot keep expanding their list the way that they can when they purchase their own. You have to pay for each customer, and then keep adding them over time.

Another option that you might consider when renting an email list is cold calling. This is where you call around to different businesses to gather information about their customers and try to sell them your product or service. However, I do not recommend renting an email list that contains mostly residential customers. This is because the person you are calling probably has a cell phone and is listed on their address book. If they do not have a cell phone number and their information is contained in their address book, they will be very embarrassed when you try to sell them your product or service.

Another option would be using a combination of the two above techniques. The idea is to collect enough information from the customer to rent an email account but not so much that they become upset. For example, you might want to gather the customer's name, address, phone number and email address before you send them an email with an attachment that they click on. Then when they download the attachment you can tell them that it is a zip code or other feature that allows them to access the free zip code website for the area in which they live. However, you should never give the customer their phone number or email address without permission and make sure they are comfortable with you doing so before you ever attempt to rent an email protected account.

There are also some people that believe you cannot use email marketing or a single opt-in list to rent an email addresses and these people are either misinformed or perhaps trying to scam you. Basically they are saying that you cannot rent an email addresses by just collecting names and addresses from their visitors. This is wrong and not true. You can rent email addresses from the single opt-in list and also from a double opt-in list and you just need to make sure you are doing things the right way and doing everything according to the terms of service of the company that provides these services.

In the end we think it is a good idea to get your real estate emails on a regular basis and to get your telephone number show as well. This gives you some great advantages in the future because you will know that you are making the right sales leads in regards to people who might be interested in the type of home you have to offer. Just make sure when you are renting email addresses and telephone numbers, you are doing it the correct way and never try to give out your personal information to anyone unless they are a trusted business contact. We hope you find this information on how to rent email addresses and telephone numbers helpful.
