| OverActive Media strikes partnership with OSL-DeAPlaneta OverActive Media, the parent company of Toronto Defiant, Toronto Ultra, and MAD Lions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Spanish esports brand OSL-DeAPlaneta, owned by Spanish media group Grupo Planeta.
