Thank you for visiting my channel again! Greetings, I'm Kayla and I'm happy to have you here. My next healthy meal will be a salad. Today I am going to share five fat-burning breakfast smoothie recipes you can prepare in advance.
My video collection now includes two other videos. There is no meat in this meal. I've shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five make-ahead lunch recipes in the Prep Series. Those are the playlists that I've shared in the meal prep series so far, below, if you've not seen them. Also, all the recipes in this series will always be 100% gluten-free.
Many of these recipes are also low-carb and keto friendly. Most of them are paleo friendly. Let's get right into it and start. First up, I'm sharing a recipe for a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.
Here's an option that's low in carbs, low in calories and paleo friendly. For the protein, I recommend one of my favorites. For the blueberries, ground chia seeds, and the almond butter, you will also need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, and a high-quality protein powder.
Basically, it's the bulletproof collagen protein with vanilla taste pre-mixed with a low carb sweetener. If your protein powder does not have this, then you might want to add something like stevia to the low carb smoothies.
Just to sweeten it up a bit, just add all your ingredients to the blender and blend until it's extra smooth. Now, to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days, simply add a splash of fresh lemon juice and it'll be good to go. Next on my list is the silky green matcha smoothie.
In addition to this being paleo, it can also be made low-carb just by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Let me tell you what I did. You'll need almond milk without sugar, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice and matcha powder.
All food ingredients should be combined in a blender and blended until smooth. You can download and print the recipes from my blog. I'll leave the link below in the description box for y'all to enjoy, this is one of my favorite shows.
Then. Matcha powder has a lot of health benefits and can boost the strength of your economic system. Do I have energizing cacao? A low-carb and paleo-friendly mocha smoothie. The ingredients are unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.
My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. Increase brainpower and energy. This this smoothie is also great if you're craving something chocolaty, and I've even taken this smoothie in the afternoons, if I need a healthy pick-me-up before moving on to the next smoothie.
We're going to make my matcha beet smoothie to energize us. Paleo-friendly. Almond milk, a small beet banana, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all needed.
If you don't like beets, you will need to trust me on this one. The banana actually makes it taste delicious, and beetroot offers too many nutritional benefits to miss out on. Beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta-simon.
Those can help to eliminate liver toxins and blood fat deposits, and we all know that a healthy liver means an optimal metabolism, resulting in optimal fat burning, so I honestly think you'd benefit from those methods.
If you try this smoothie, you will be surprised at how delicious it is. Last but not least, I'm sharing a fat-burning turmeric smoothie. This one is low-carb, paleo, and low-carb friendly - but be aware that it is an intense blend, so ease into the turmeric.
Almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger will be needed. These are powerful spices that can boost metabolism, help rid the body of toxins, and reduce inflammation.
It's really good. I love drinking it. In the event that I've eaten too much the day before, because it helps reduce the bloating and inflammation. You should start slowly with turmeric and ginger if you are not accustomed to the taste.
