Flirting does not come easy to everyone. Even the most confident people may freeze up and exclaim "hey!" when their crush approaches them in public. But don't worry. If you struggle with flirting, we've got plenty of tips to help you master the art of the flirt and get your crush's attention.

5. But don't forget your crush...for too long. It seems counterintuitive, right? Imagine running into your crush at McDonald's with a group of their friends. You can say hello to your crush's friends and start a convo. Your crush will be a bit disappointed, but you can make it up for it by including them (and making their day).

6. Master the bump and flatter. You may "accidentally" bump into a hottie at an event. You can laugh and say, "Oh, sorry. I become a total klutz around cute people." They'll be instantly flattered and want more information about you. Then, introduce yourself and initiate a conversation.

7. They will be able to see you staring at them. I know, this seems so scary. You should usually look away from people who catch you staring at them, so that they don't see you were actually drooling as you watched them eat a hamburger. Try this next time. You can have all the confidence you need. Next, smile back at your crush, and perhaps wink, if they notice you staring at them. This will show your crush that you are confident and give them an excuse to talk to you.


8. Pay attention to their clothing. Ask click here about the sport shirt or band shirt they are wearing. This will show that you are interested in their lives and will spark a conversation.

9. Sometimes be obvious. Maybe you're playing frisbee in the park and you "accidentally" throw it toward the cuties near you. You can make a joke of it and let them know you're trying to flirt.

12. To start the conversation, you can use something light and cheesy. If you are thinking about picking up lines, the only ones coming to your door are likely super lame, recycled ones.
