1. Be confident. You can't be more attractive than confidence. If you are confident and strutting down streets like you own them, then your crush (and everyone else) will notice. The girl who is special will be loved by your crush.

5. It's okay to ignore your crush, but only for a short time. It sounds counterintuitive, doesn't it? Imagine running into your crush at McDonald's with a group of their friends. You can say hello to your crush's friends and start a convo. Your crush will feel the tiniest bit left out, until you turn to include them (and make their day).

7. Let them catch you looking at them. This seems scary, I know. Usually, when someone catches you staring you look away quickly so they don't realize you were literally drooling while watching them eat a hamburger. Try this next time. You can have all the confidence you need. Then when your crush catches you staring, smile back at them, maybe even wink. This will make your crush feel confident and will allow you to have a conversation.

8. Look at what they are wearing. If they're wearing a band shirt or sport jersey, ask them about it. You will be more sincere and interested in the lives of your coworkers, and you will have a pleasant conversation that will allow you to learn more about them.

9. Sometimes, be clear. You might be playing frisbee at the park when you accidentally throw it towards the girls near you. Exaggerated apologies can be used to let them know you aren't just flirting (and in on a joke), and could even lead to a discussion.

12. To start the conversation, you can use something light and cheesy. If you're thinking of pick-up lines, the only ones that are coming to you are probably super lame recycled ones.
