121 Residences is developed by Glomac Bhd, and located in the heart of PJ-Damansara. While some parts of KL and Greater KL still suffer from patchy connectivity, all that is about to change once the upcoming Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line (SSP Line) and LRT Bandar Utama-Klang Line (Klang Valley LRT Line 3) are completed and integrated with the rest of the existing lines.
In conjunction with Glomac's 30th Anniversary Rewards Campaign, the developer is offering special packages for 121 Residences with rewards Glomac new condo and prizes (a chance to win Proton X70 and other prizes), in addition to enjoying the benefits of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC).

For instance, the SBK Line is estimated to raise some RM300 million in the gross development value (GDV) per annum for the overall property values in the Klang Valley, create 20,000 jobs with a gross national income (GNI) of RM24, 630.28 by 2020 with a gross national income (GNI) of RM24, 630.28 and have a daily ridership of 400,000.
The "CO" concept is echoed in the slogan the lifestyle Collection which means that all 3 elements - connect, comfort & community - are united under one roof, consolidated and offered exclusively to the residents of 121 RESIDENCES. The newly completed Sungai Buloh - Kajang Line (SBK Line), Skypark Link and the upcoming Bandar Utama - Klang Line (LRT Line 3) will act as property boosters for real estate in its vicinity.
These have been moved for the most part to neighboring low-cost units and their squatter homes were demolished to allow the building of legal residences. 121 Residences is within close proximity to various education and health centres such as First City University College, The British International School of Kuala Lumpur, KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital and Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara.

The group's performance is expected to sustain, backed by unbilled sales that surged to RM626 million driven by continuing sales from ongoing high-rise residential projects such as Plaza@ Kelana Jaya and 121 Residences. The upcoming project of Light Rail Transit Line 3 (LRT3) is connected to the development.
This station will be located along the Kayu Ara River and will serve the suburbs of Damansara Utama. Meantime, don't miss out Glomac's 30th Anniversary Rewards where by you stand a chance to win Proton X70 and many cool prizes when you own a property. Recall that Glomac's 2QFY20 sales surged by 151% y-y and 654% quarter-on-quarter to RM181 million, and brought first-half (1HFY20) sales to RM205 million (+25% y-y).

The sequentially stronger financial performance was achieved due to the favourable product mix and strength of Glomac's development products, which are strategically targeted at the affordable and mid-market segments, the property developer said. Glo Damansara Mall, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Centrepoint Bandar Utama, The Curve and Damansara Uptown are just a short drive away.
Units at Tower A are priced from an affordable RM318,000 onwards. March 20, 2020 - 121 Residences Sales Gallery is temporarily closed due to MCO. Located at SS7 Kelana Jaya, the freehold serviced apartments offers breath-taking views of surrounding lake and golf course.
