December 17, 2018 I've gotten lots of requests to do a grocery shopping haul on my You, Tube channel, so I simply posted that video, but wanted to consist of the design and recipes for how I meal plan with the collaborating recipes for one week for a household of 4.


I work from house, so all these meals and recipes are very basic and fast considering that we're constantly so hectic. LUNCH Given that being pregnant, I understood I function better when I eat small snacks throughout the day.

Adam will be at work and do lunch on his own, so when I'm house I generally snack on fruits, cheese sticks, protein bars, yogurt with granola, or periodically have soup. Mac and cheese, Grilled Cheese, PJB or Sunflower butter and Jelly Sandwich, Quesadillas, Soup Fruit or Yogurt noted above, Broccoli, Carrot Sticks, Goldfish 1 lbs ground turkey/beef1 can diced tomatoes1 can chili beans1 package Mc, Cormick Organic chili powder1TBSP sliced garlic Cook for 4-6 hours on high in the sluggish cooker.
