Will Being Publicly Unclothed in Barcelona Be Outlawed?
Naked in Barcelona - Public Nudity Laws are Changing in Barcelona, and it's not for the better. Well the rules are changing in Catalonia's capital.
It pointed out the law "does not comprise any post for sanctions against public nudity." (Let' nude girls beach like that for NYC please ;)
But I Wish To Be Naked In Barcelona !!!!
But it looks like folks will need to put their trousers back on beginning late April as they have been banning public nudity.
Seemingly this is an attempt to bring a better quality and quantity of tourists, ie. not the ones who are visiting for crazy parties with cheap booze and naked folks clearly. Considering few individuals went openly nude in the first place, I don't see how forbidding it will help with mad tourism difficulties. Well let's hope nothing changes on the nudist beaches! *Update* Public nudity continues to be formally banned in Barcelona. Here's an article about the top unclothed beaches in Barcelona, where nudity remains permitted.
