"My husband is in the military and is currently stationed offshore and I had a concern about his auto insurance. It has a loan out on it to ensure that needs us to own full-coverage on it generally...I used to be questioning that while he is used and since his automobile is not planning to be powered (there's no way I could get it because it's really a stickshift and that I can't push these lol) if we're able to lessen the insurance on it. I'm just not guaranteed due to the mortgage if we would be able to...or does it be determined by the lender/ insurance carrier
