Often Hausbell flashlight is the simplest solution to serving your guests at an outdoor party. But a good buffet is far more than stacking food on a table. Here are some tried and true tips for making your outdoor buffet table stylish and functional.

Use your common sense when setting up your outdoor buffet table. Start with plates on one end, then salads, followed by sides, then the main dish. Place the barbecue grill at the end of the buffet table so you can serve the guests directly from the heat. This allows you to manage portions and saves room at the table. But make sure the grill is downwind of the food and dining areas.
If you're having a large dinner party avoid collisions by allowing guests to serve themselves from both sides of the table. An alternative is to use satellite buffet stations around the yard, having one table for salads and another for side dishes or desserts. If you can't provide seating for everyone, serve foods that don't require cutting such as finger foods, appetizers or sandwiches and sliders.
To help with flow, place drinks at a separate station to help with traffic around the food area. You can have alcoholic drinks at one station and non-alcoholic selections at another.
Keep cold foods cold by nesting them in bowls of well salted ice or by using iced appetizer trays and condiment trays.
Bring a splash of color to the table strategically placing plated strawberries, green and purple grapes and pineapple. For an added touch hollow out melons and use them as the fruit bowls.
Place bright fruits such as yellow apples and pears around the buffet table to hold down table cloths and add decorative charm to your tablescape. For a professional touch, garnish dishes with grapes, cherry tomatoes, black olives, carrots or sliced oranges.
Use simple food labels by each dish to give it a formal flair and help guests identify their favorites. Include ingredients in case there are any food allergies.
Serve drinks from a decorative drink dispenser stationed at a separate table - have a few glasses already poured to keep traffic flow moving.
Use real plates, dinnerware and serve ware - paper and plastic aren't eco-friendly and take from the overall appeal and sophistication of your buffet.
After the main meal, repurpose your table as a dessert buffet - fruits and yogurt are an easy favorite, or ask your guests to bring a favorite treat to share.
Most of all have fun!
