In Part 1 of this four-part series we discussed the installation process, the basic capabilities of the Messenger Bot, and how to write new messages. In this article we will take a look at the actual formatting that is used when broadcasting a message to the bot. Messenger Bot SMS Email Templates Broadcasting Part 3 in writing a message to the bot is to create a compose text box with the appropriate length and font type. Next you will enter your friend's email address, along with their name if you don't already have it.

Once you have done that, click send and the bot will then check its internal queue to see if any messages have been sent to any recipients. If you have not entered an email address when sending the Bot a message, then the Bot will prompt you to do so. If you have entered one, then the Bot will proceed to send a pre-written text to your friend's email address. The Bot will then display a list of all of the recipients on the right hand side of the chat window.

After you have typed in the recipients and clicked send, the Bot will then check its internal queue to see if any of your chosen contacts have responded. If they have, then the Bot will ask you if you want to add them to your friend list. Click on the add button and a list of all of your friends will be generated. Now all you need to do is click send!
