After having an emergency water incident in my home my insurance company referred me to BluSky for remediation services. I called and within 2 hours your team was at my house (having come from Greensboro to Lewisville). Your team leader, Mr. Garland Medley, immediately went about assessing the situation and began the necessary actions to clean up the water. He and his crew (Mario, Augustine, & Ignacio) went to work and had the major part of the water removed within an hour. They then proceeded to remove rugs and vacuum them, remove baseboards and sheetrock, and appliances and vacuum under them. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to continue the drying process and were complete with their work within 4 hours of arriving.
