Hey guys win here from h2 tech videos. Today, I'm going to be going over the hidden features on the Samsung Galaxy j-3 emerge and the first one is a really awesome one that I think a lot of people are gon na want to know about, and it's called the secured folder and it's a way Of just hiding or securing certain information that you don't want anyone to just be able to access if they had your phone so, for example, a certain apps certain contacts or even certain pictures. You don't want people to just be able to get to well, there's a place where you can put it so check this out, we're gon na swipe down from the top and then we're going to swipe down again and then you're gon na tap, where it says Secure folder once you tap this, this is going to light up and it's going to add the secure photo to your home screen once we tap on it, guess what there is a password to get into this section, so I have to set up as a pattern Lock, but you could make it like a four-digit pin code or even a longer, more advanced code if you want so we're gon na do the code and now we're in the secured folders section. So you can have again certain contacts in here certain files. You can even have an email address on here. That'S not doesn't show up on your regular notifications and also you can have pictures that you take or that you move into this section that they're only visible when you're in this secure folder. So like right now we don't have any pictures in here right now, but let me show you how to move information in here really quick. So I'm gon na go to the gallery and let's say this picture right here. Maybe I want to move this to the secure folder upper right corner click on the three dots and we're gon na go to move to secure folder, and you have to put in your code to move it and now that it's moved guess what that picture is Gone there were three before now. There are two and now I can go to my secure folder here, put in my code, go to the gallery and there's that picture. So it could be one picture. It could be many pictures, it could be videos if you get my drift here and they're, basically in a separate section of the phone that only you have acts. One other really cool thing is that you could have snapchat, for example, in this section, and you could have you can be logged into a different snapchat account than the one you have on your on the other side of the phone. So it's really cool. You could have a second Instagram, a second Facebook, like whatever you have a whole separate section that only you have access to okay. So once you finish in that section, you're probably saying hey, I don't want to have this big app right here sitting here. Somebody'S gon na want to know, what's in there, just swipe down swipe again and tap here and now the secure folder is gone. Okay, so again only you know it's there. Now, maybe you say well: where did somebody just swipe now? They see it right here? Well, let me show you what else you can do hold down this folder and now we can drag it down here and now it's not even visible. So when someone swipes the not even gon na see it in that section, so only you will know that you would have to just hold down in the app and now I can you know, drag this back up to get my secure folder. So that's just first hidden feature right there. That'S how you really kind of hide things on your phone. In case you don't want people in your stuff. Okay, all right! Our second hidden feature is gon na be so you have a really a free feature built in by Samsung by just holding down your home screen and going to wallpaper and themes. You have a whole theme store that Samsung has created where you can have a whole separate theme for your phone, where your all your wallpapers are different. All your apps look different. Your call screen looks different. Let me just tap on this one here, so you can see it and it shows you a little preview of how the apps are different. Your call screen that's going to be different, even your contacts and your text messages. So this little theme store. It has free apps, it has scuse me free themes and it has paid themes depending on what you want and you could really customize your phone to really make it stand out now. Maybe you don't want to change all the themes. You could also just pick a different icon pack and you can have really special customized icons as well. So but the main thing is you have all these options to really customize your phone and make it look different from everyone else's. So that's just a little feature. There, our next hidden feature, is going to be the device manager which we're going to swipe down from the top upper right corner. Go to the settings wheel and we're gon na go down to device maintenance. Now think of this, like the app clean master, which a lot of people are familiar with, it helps you to clear out, like old, temporary files that get stored up on your phone. If you guys think about it, apps like snapchat and Instagram and Facebook, they download a lot of temporary files with pictures and and just a lot of extra information that takes up your storage. So, by going into this section, we just hit optimize and what it's gon na do. Is it's going to clean out any extra crap that could be taking up your storage, and this is gon na? Give you more storage back for your own pictures, your own video in your own apps, okay, it also does check for like malware if, if maybe you've downloaded an app and your phone is acting weird. This is a great session to go to kind of help. You just clean out any crap that might be in your phone as well. There'S also a section here: will it'll show you your battery and it'll show you what apps are like draining your battery the most and you could optimize certain apps so that they're not draining your battery so much. So that's a definitely a cool head feature. Oh sorry, I forgot to show you this. You haven't an option as well. If you click on the three dots right here, you can add a shortcut to your home screen. So now it's easier to get to it. So now I just have that here and I just tap it and then now that's going to take you right to that section to optimize your phone all right. So our fourth hidden feature: it's going to be a really fun one and you can really mess with people with this. It'S called pin window and we're gon na swipe down from the top go to settings and just do a search, and you just type in pin window or pin and then here pin window. So once you turn this on, lets you security lock to unpin, okay. So, basically, what this actually won't do that what this does is it will allow you to lock your phone on a specific app. For example, someone asked to use your phone to make a phone call and you're like. Are you just going to make a phone call or you're gon na go through my phone and obviously it's irritating when people do that? So here's what you do you open the call app here and then close it and then now go to your recent apps and now you have this little pin so on the phone app tap on the pin and it's gon na lock that phone on that app On the screen, now guess what? If I tap the home button anything I do, the the phone will stay on that one app, so the person can't just have free rein to roam around your phone, okay and then, once that, once they realize they can't see anything on your phone, their property is Going to give it back to you, they can't even swipe down from the top, so you're gon na, take both your fingers and hold these two buttons here and that will unpin the app so now you're free to move about your phone. So it's just a really cool way to secure your phone when your friend asked to use it so that they're not looking at pictures are not supposed to be looking at or they're caught or they're, not just doing a bunch of other crap. Look at your text. Messages whatever now, you can kind of keep them away from that, and our last hidden feature is a fun one swipe down from the top settings. If you get bored looking for something to do, maybe you don't have any games on your phone go to about device and then go where it says: Android version and just tap on it a couple of times. This will unlock the marshmallow game and now you've got a cool game. https://www.techtricksclub.net/best-2070-super/ as hell to beat, but I'm going to show you. This is just a marshmallow game and it's kind of like an Android version of flappy birds and I guarantee it's very addicting and it's not easy at all. Let me see if I can just get one for the video a there we go. I got one point and that was it, but this is a fun little built-in game that comes with the phone, so you know you get bored, you got options anyway, guys.
