Instead, rinse your mouth with water and wait at least a half hour before brushing your teeth. Don't forget to brush your tongue as part of your oral care routine. You can use your toothbrush, but a tongue scraper is even more effective at removing plaque and bacteria. Bad breath can be eliminated by using this method.
