Place the ball into a measuring cup and then add one tablespoon of yeast to the mixture. Scrap the base of a mixing bowl and utilize it to knead your dough. Begin with a dough hook that has been made to operate with smaller amounts of flour and then turn the bowl so that the dough is not rough and constant in size.

Add the remaining portion into the boule recipe you have chosen: eggs, sugar, orange juice, flour, and yeast to combine. Start rolling out the dough and divide it in 2 parts. By rolling each slice into a ball, you also may ensure a well-formed and constant bread which will rise as the traditional recipe does.

In a large metal bowl, then set the ball of dough and turn it out on a lightly floured surface. Knead the jar for around five minutes until the dough is elastic and smooth. Form the dough into a ball again and put it in a preheated oven. Cook the bread for about half an hour, checking it attentively after half an hour to ensure the bottom is fully cooked. When done, remove the bread from the oven and let cool completely on a wire cooling rack.

The next step is to operate together with the remaining dough on your big metal bowl. Using a mixing bowl, combine the hot water and sugars into a single chunk of bread. Add the yeast into the mixture and turn the ball of dough over so that the oat balls that stayed are in the center. Cover the bowl and allow the dough rise until it's double in volume. Turn the bowl out on a lightly floured surface and continue to work together with the remaining dough till it is formed into a circle.

When the circle has formed, it's ready to begin working together. With a sharp knife, cut the rough edges of the circle to thin slits. Don't cut through the top of the breadnevertheless, if you have to do it in tiny steps so the dough can fully develop the gluten before baking.

Line a large container mix with the remaining flour. You may use a tote or a pastry bag for it.
