Turkish Bath Massage is a traditional form of hydrotherapy that originates in Turkey. The holy men and priests originally constructed hammams for cleansing the skin and heal the body. It was only later that this unique method was brought to the attention of the western world. This type of hydrotherapy is still popular in the present.

Turkish Bath massage is based on the notion that the human body is like a sponge and should be gently cleaned regularly with water. A Hammam is similar to a sauna however, you do not have to lie in the hot water. Instead, you place an air mattress over the steam and then lay on the hammam. The towel is then folded around the Hammam to warm the towel.

The masseuse would then apply a natural oil on the skin. 간석동출장마사지 It will be slightly warm but not enough to cause burns to the skin. The massage therapist massages the oil into the patient's skin by moving it around the body in circular motions. This circular motion assists in exfoliating the skin and allows the pores to open. A blend of olive oil, lavender oil, rosewater, and lemon juice are utilized in the majority of Hammams.

The next step is to use cool water to rinse off the dirt and oil off the skin. This will reduce swelling under the Hammam. After the towels are used the bath can be begun by placing the patient in the middle of the Hammam. Then, oil pouches are placed underneath the bottom of the Hammer and then covered with towels. Then the massage therapist starts the journey by placing their hands inside the pouches before beginning the gentle stretching exercises which loosen muscles in the surrounding area.

It is important that the patient is relaxed during this part of the bath. If they are not at ease, problems could arise such as straining, twitching, or perhaps falling asleep. This is something that the massage therapist does not want to see happen. Warm water bathing for around 15 minutes is the best time to begin the bath. Then take all the pouches and place them inside the Hammam.

The bath massage therapist then begin to massage the area affected with the Hammam. The massage is a gentle process that should only last a few seconds. The towel is removed when the person is able to feel the oil has gotten enough. The therapist will roll the person in the bath and covers the head with the towel.

Now the massage is over. The patient should wash his or her hair with cold water. After that apply a good massage oil. Patients should not get distracted by pain or numbness. A gentle massage is performed with the help of the Hammam. After that he or she is able to return to whatever it is he or she was doing before the massage.

The patient should be allowed ten minutes to rest following the massage. This can be done with out any pillows or other objects that might block the path. Since excess fat can cause the discomfort, patients should take a snack. It is possible to drink a glass of water, but the soda should not be consumed as it can dehydrate your body. After that, the patient must take a shower in cold water and be prepared to go on with the bath massage.
