| OBJECTIVE OF PERFECT PAIR : A side bet in blackjack. Face cards dealt for the main blackjack game must be a pair. NUMBER OF PLAYERS : 1 to 7 players MATERIALS : A standard deck of 52 cards, casino chips or cash, and a blackjack table. TYPE OF GAME : Card Matching Game AUDIENCE : Adult OVERVIEW OF PERFECT PAIRS The game is a separate side-bet in common blackjack. The aim of this bet is to obtain a pair in the first two cards dealt for the main blackjack round. All bets for Perfect Pairs are accepted before the round commences. SETUP Bets are collected from all players at the table, either through chips or cash. The dealer deals 2-cards per player from a 52-card deck, or a shoe of more than one deck. The dealer will finally deal himself two cards from the same deck or shoe. GAMEPLAY The round starts with the croupier accepting bets from all players at the table. Players will need to first make a basic bet in blackjack and add a Perfect Pairs bet to it. Once complete, all players will be dealt 2 cards from a standard deck or a shoe of multiple decks.
