You can see remnants of work done many years ago, including an old bridge which now serves as part of the Springwater Corridor, a biking and hiking trail running for about 20 miles from the Willamette River to Gresham, OR

You are correct! Sorry -- I tend to be more oriented toward thinking about the Columbia River. Anyway, correction noted!

Nice pictures! One small correction: the Springwater starts from the Willamette river, not the Columbia. Thanks!
