Hoi An

Hoi An is a small city in the South Central Coast of Vietnam, located in the Quảng Nam province.
In 1999, the old town was declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO as a well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port of the 15th to 19th centuries, with buildings that display a unique blend of local and foreign influences.

My Son is a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu temples constructed between the 7th and the 14th century A.D. by the kings of Champa (Chiêm Thành in Vietnamese).
It is located near the village of Duy Pho, in the administrative district of Duy Xuyên in Quang Nam province in Central Vietnam,
69km southwest of Da Nang, and approximately 10 km North of Hoi An.
The easiest way to visit My Son is to join an organized tour from Hoi An, which is about one hour away.
