I was at the pond by our house, hoping to take some late in the season butterfly photos, but had no luck.
As I was leaving through a path in the field, I saw what looked like a stick flying around.
When I got closer, I discovered it was a European Praying Mantis. The first one I've ever seen. Luckly, he posed so nicely.
