I'm compelled to respond to the post by "Cox" below. The Arc en Ciel was an upscale French-owned night club in Cho Lon where the 'elite' met to dine and dance. This dancer shown in the photo did not strip ... this was not a 'private club nude show' ... and this occurred more than 45 years ago. I don't understand the comment about 'blaming the government' or 'move on bitch' ... although I appreciate all comments, be they constructive or educational, I don't have the time or the patience for political nonsense.

This is the private club nude show of Chinese people in Cho lon., Vietnam Not from the VNCH Government. You should ask the Chinese people in Cho Lon. Stop blame Government. Move on bitch
