I believe the description is slightly wrong - Kowloon Street Decorations. It is actually the walkway connecting Prince's Building to the Mandarin Hotel, I believe this was the only one in existence at the time.

Unfortunately Hong Kong seems to be less decorated every year. Time was when everywhere was lit up during Mid Autumn Festival, Christmas and Chinese New Year. Now it's not so 'fashionable' to be traditional.

today there is a great progression in the Decorations .Made in china is famous.And the Chinese people like very well .
