WWII ... The Ovieto Bridge in Italy (Legal Considerations)

After Allied Air Forces bombed the South Ovieto bridge in Italy, leaving it in the condition shown here, the German Army posted the sign on the right which reads "Attention ! Bridge is not in working condition".

My initial thoughts were that this sign must have been written by a German attorney ...

This photo is just one of 100 heretofore unseen WWII photos (by England) which can be viewed at the following link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/pirateheart/sets/72157623782058311/?page=2

Achtung is well come here.
During the second WW 11000 French Locomotive are destroyed ,that was a important target for the Allied to destroy the support of German Army.

Well, some weren't paying attention, evidently and they didn't want to be sued. LOL!

It was rather obvious that the bridge was out of order! I don't think they needed to post a sign.. :)
