Elk photographs were taken mostly in Rocky Mountain National Park: along Fall River, near treeline in the Never Summer Range (both sides of the park boundary), and along the Bear Lake Road. Most of the remainder are taken along the upper Poudre River Canyon and along the Peak to Peak scenic byway.
