Images of the Edwards AFB Open House and Airshow from 2005. I was on travel so I could not attend, but my daughter grabbed a camera and got some pictures so I could enjoy it anyway. Unfortunately, I had the good (longer) lenses with me, so the only lens she had to work with was the Canon 70-200 f4 L, a tad short for airshow action, and to long for static aircraft. Unfortunately, the short lens means that most of these images are 100% crops, and so these images show a pretty much worst case situation.

For her first day-long photography outing without any guidance I think she did quite well. Essentially 8 out of 10 were keepers and this gallery is a random sample of about 1/5 of those keepers.
