Jesolo it's an italian famous seaside resort, but first of all... it's my hometown.
I was born here... i live here... and i work here...

Born as a small village of farmers, Jesolo became a famous seaside resort during the 1960-70 decade.
With almost 15 km (9.32 miles) of lenght, and almost 5 milions of tourists every year, it's one of the longest beaches of Italy and the second famous seaside resort of the country, just behind the City of Rimini (Emilia Romagna, Italy).

Jesolo its a "strange" city...
In fact it's divided in two separate cities. Jesolo Centro (Jesolo Center), the main town, where the Town Hall and the main offices are based, and Jesolo Lido (Jesolo Beach), the biggest urban area (the 15km of lenght area), where all tourists attractions, hotels, pubs and more are located.

The population of Jesolo It's very "dynamic"... In fact, the city hosts a residential population of only 23.000 citizens, that become more than 500.000 during summer, due to the tourists arrivals.

Finally i've decided to create some galleries containing images from Jesolo.
I separated the coloured photos from the Black and White and the Sepia photos, to create some different visions of my city.
