One thing I've had to work on since Cathi and I have been together has been taking a nap.
She's very good at it and the weekend isn't complete without a nap at some point.
It's not easy for me though.
It takes me a while to fall asleep, to lie quietly and slip off.
I'm too much of a night person for it to be easy.
And the getting up is even harder, as I'm not a morning person.
I feel like I'm starting the day all over again.

Where's my cup of coffee?
