There's a story about this game piece.
Cathi and I found it on our wedding day.
We were at the beach. The ceremony was over.
We walked out onto a beach access path.
The path split, one way leading to the sand and surf, the other to a landing overlooking the beach.
The view was perfect.
It was the backdrop for our wedding pictures.
As we turned to leave the landing, there it was.
The gamepiece.
It was lying on the ground directly in our path.
I picked it up. I showed it to Cathi and then slipped it into my pocket.
I took it as a good omen, a wink and a nod from the other side...
