I would say rent this place, start a nice bar and take pictures of your custommers every day. At least for another year. Nice picture...

Love this shot. One of your best. Stark, minimalistic, with great shapes and lines. The person walking adds a perfect element. Easy for me to say go on when I'm thinking of how I can just make it through my 8th month. :-)

Nice simple composition with good lines and shape with the person and shadows adding interest. Good detail for harsh sunlight and shadows. Go for for five years ;-)
