A storm blew in last night and it rained early this morning.
The day promised to be grey and brooding, but there was a brief moment of clear skies.
I grabbed the leashes and took the pups for a walk in the neighborhood.
I saw these palm trees in the clouds and returned with my camera.
In the time it's taken to type this and put up this pic,
the blue skies have retreated and the grey is back.

That's ok, I like the rain... and I'll be putting on a roast for dinner.
Life is good!
