Capetown and Winelands

We spent 4 nights in Capetown and 2 nights in wine country outside Franschhoek. During our stay in Capetown we were fortunate to meet and tour with Selwyn Davidowitz for two days. He showed us the Cape Peninsula, Kayamandi Township, and Africaans Languange Monument and taught us a great deal about the history of South Africa. Selwyn has dedicated himself to improving the lives of the wonderful people of Kayamandi Township and we were extremely grateful for the opportunity to meet some of them.

Having never travelled to Sth Africa, I have thoroughly enjoyed your fine images. Such an obviously beautiful place and people.
