One Amazing Night

All of these images were shot within a two-hour span in Nanaimo, BC on July 25,2009. On the way to shoot fireworks, a rainbow appeared over Jesse Island. Then a lightning storm surprised everybody, but the fireworks went on anyway. Fireworks and lightning were shot from the roof of the Coast Bastion Inn downtown.
