Rob,
Your pictures are so sharp; I'm really jealous. I guess I should have taken the 1.4TC off my 200-400 but also I think your D2H locks on the focus much better than the D100 or possibly you're just a much better photographer. Anyway, I'll check back from time to time and look for your postings on DP Review.
