The Red-tailed came into the Red-shouldered Hawk's territory and was repeatedly attacked. The last encounter ended with the two hawks in each others talons. It ended with the Red-tailed chasing off the Red-shouldered. I did see the Red-shouldered Hawk the next day, so it wasn't badly hurt.
