Chloroperlidae, but being from California I will not hazard a guess as to genus.

This looks like an ant. Correct looking head (3 dots), legs, eyes & body shape.. but the wings.. & the antena aren't right looking to me. Is this an ant male, queen or immulator? Great shot reguardless. :-|
