22 January 2011 - There has been a few hard trips in the last 10 years but all records were broken on Saturday as I tackled Mt Anne in South West National Park, Tasmania. The track is relentlessly steep almost along the entire way from the carpark to the top. There are two distinct boulder fields with very tricky rockhopping sapping away lots of energy. The final summit tower can only be described as the ultimate fortress, needing very very careful and precise maneuvers to avoid falling into the abyss.
