Autumn in Bright, 2004-2005

The peaceful town of Bright is located along the Great Alpine Road (B500) in North Eastern Victoria in Australia. The town has excellent parks and beautiful tree-lined streets. There are plenty to do in this town and surrounding areas with good walking trails, wineries, historic towns and the Alpine National Park.

The trees in the town become the centre of attraction in autumn as the leaves start to turn into all kinds of wonderful colours. There are plenty of great picnic places with stunningly beautiful scenery. Hopefully I can come here every autumn around late April to early May.

Would love to visit Bright someday. BEAUTIFUL is the word for every Autumn picture. I so feel kinship to the fall time of our year, the Alpine National Park would be valley of beauty I am sure. continue to walk in great places if beauty.

Amazing...I love autumn...I´m from Italy and I live in Czech Republic...in Italy there´s no autumn...in Czech Republic yes...But in Bright it´s magic...

Hi, I love these pics! Thanks to let me know got such nice scenery.... Me going to Canada in October next month... hope to get to see this type of scenery... Next year will plan to go Bright!!! Can anyone advise me when is the best time to go Bright for these beautiful scene? :)

I was born and bred in Bright, when i turned 19 i moved to Melbourne and have been here for 18months. Seeing your fanatstic shots brings it all to life, everyone shoud go to Bright, it really is a beautiful spot. Autumn is great, brings back memories of Gala Day, where i actually one Miss Autumn Festival!

I have visited Bright in winter and thought it truly beautiful. Have just come back from another visit during Spring and the colours were awesome. Your photos have made me now determined to visit in Autumn asap,.......or maybe I should just move there!!
