We flew in St. Thomas in the American Virgin Islands and then took a ferry over to Tortola Island in the "British" Virgin Islands. We rented an apartment on the North shore beach area called Cane Garden Bay. This was our home base for the entire trip. We did take day trips to other islands like Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, and Anegada. Tim did a lot of scuba diving around the smaller islands off the Southern side of Tortola.
