Our first post retirement road trip. In late February we drove from Denver to San Diego and then took the coastal highway North, with some detours, until we got to Fort Bragg and then returned to Denver via Lake Tahoe. Along the six week trip we visited with many family and friends and generally enjoyed Spring in California. While we have been to California several times in the past we still feel that we have just scratched the surface of what the state has to offer. We will certainly be back for more!
