Lacock Village and Lacock Abbey
Both the village and abbey are owned by the National Trust.
Laycock Abbey was the home of William Henry Fox Talbot who was the inventor of the negative-positive photographic process, which unlike other early photographic processes, could be used to make many prints from one negative.
