I can only shoot the early part coz I had to fetch my daughter at the Cagayan de Oro Airport. For me, though, the best time to shoot is in the early morning, at the assembly area in the pier when there are no distracting electrical wires in the background, when the blue sky is great, with the golden glow of the sunlight.
