This boy was with his elder sisters who dropped by our hosts’ floating home to sell some shells. Left alone in the boat, I approached the boy and took a shot from above. Was he nervous or afraid? Was he feeling cold? Look at his stiff hands and feet. I must have really scared him! I’m impressed that even with my digicam’s aperture fully wide open at f/2.8, everything was still rendered sharp: from the boy’s face to the brown waters.
