This is an updated photo of the barber shop in Apalachacola.
I photographed it a year or two ago and thought it was in the
process of being replaced by the gentrified shops devouring
the quaint antiquity of Apalachacola. There is a large air compressor
in the barber shop, which I assumed was for construction.
The calendar on the wall is current. The industrial air compressor
is for blowing loose hair off the customer. Photo was taken with
natural light by pressing the lens against the glass of the shop
with a long exposure.
