This is a close crop of a Red Shouldered Hawk at Chapman Park.
This is a very small neighborhood pond in Tallahassee.
During the half hour I was there I saw a little blue heron,
two great herons, a great white egret, a pair of wood ducks,
canada geese and this red shouldered hawk. The hawk was eating
frogs and small fish captured at the shoreline.
