Unidentified Bolete Mushroom Parasitized by The Bolete Eater

The Bolete Eater fungus (Hypomyces chrysospermus or Hypomyces microspermus) has enveloped the mushroom. In this phase the Bolete Eater has some yellow areas that have begun to turn reddish-brown. That's the final stage, but the mushroom is often well-decomposed by the time it's fully reddish-brown.
