My father, John Guenther, was also a shutterbug. He had a darkroom in the basement and processed his own pictures. In the late 1950's his company started sending him on business trips by airplane instead of by train. Here is a sample of some of his images from that era. I have scanned his prints on an Epson Perfection 1650 at 600 dpi. I have used a minimum amount of Photoshop enhancements - just fixing blemishes and contrast. I added the sepia tone to one image.
