Floating Ramp Garage
Actually it is the new Rochester to Toronto Fast Ferry.
It has just left Rochester's port for a trip down the lake. I am standing on the east side of the Irondequoit Bay outlet approximately four miles away! Even with the 270 mm telephoto, this is a huge boat for a little city like Rochester
(Rochester now owns this barge $30M).
