I was there starting Sept. 28 for 4 weeks, in 2004, and it wasn't crowded. That is, by the way, a really nice time to be there. We had great, mild weather there the entire time. Very comfortable. Never got to Greece, Tim ! I'm envious !!! Beautiful photos you took.

Oh dear!!! I'm going there in a couple of days time .... this is a ridiculous number of people to battle with! Nice vantage point, by the way :-)

Jesus, is it always THAT crowded over there. I was going to visit Ephesus in a couple of weeks (when I'm in Samos), but if it's this crowded thanks but no thanks.
