For December ~ Signs of the Season.

It's tradition for me to grow a red amaryllis at holiday time.
This bulb is huge and is sending up two flower stalks.
Looking like four blossoms each.
Yes, there's snow in the background!

Used to be a tradition for me too when I had a house. Unfortunately, my apartment is too dark and I miss them.
