April Hunt Challenge 2017 #14 "A glass of something"

I brew and ferment homemade Kombucha.
Black tea, sugar and a SCOBY mother produce a wonderful brew rich in probiotics.
I add fresh gingeroot and dried lavender flowers to the second ferment when bottling.
Tastes great too!
